Type of wounds Died of wounds, received in aerial combat; mortally wounded in action over the German lines on the morning of February 4th. His pilot was also wounded, but with great skill and pluck landed safely at one of our aerodromes. Both were taken to the nearest hospital, where Lieutenant Miller died about four hours afterwards.
